Shareholders entitled to participate in the 2023 General Meeting will received 0.005 euros pero share
All shareholders entitled to participate in the General Meeting (i.e. with shares registered in their name on 21 April) received EUR 0.005 gross per share (EUR 1 gross per 200 shares), as the General Meeting approved this incentive proposed by the Board of Directors and the quorum of 70 % of the share capital to which it was conditional was reached.
