Renewables

The Group's Renewables area is responsible for the generation of electricity from renewable sources: wind (onshore and offshore), hydro, pumped-storage, photovoltaic and battery storage.

Networks

We are at the forefront of introducing digital technology in the electricity distribution business with the aim of improving the operation and efficiency of our networks to provide the best service.

Customers

In the Customer area, we offer solutions and services for our customers. We drive the decarbonisation of industrial customers with green hydrogen, mobility solutions, solar self-consumption and air conditioning solutions.

Innovation and Sustainability

From the Innovation and Sustainability area we provide the tools, resources and structures necessary for all areas to find a suitable framework for their development.

ESG+F

The ESG+F (Environmental, Social and Governance) area aims to implement our sustainable development strategy in line with the expectations of our stakeholders.

Digital Transformation

In the Systems area, we provide and manage corporate ICT solutions and services (information and communications technologies) in the Iberdrola Groups.

Finance, control and corporate development

The Finance, control and corporate development area plans, executes and supervises the management of financing and treasury for the Iberdrola Group, as well as the corporate development area.

Legal services

The function of Legal Services is to provide legal advice and defence to all corporate and business areas of the Group's companies. We exercise the legal and tax function as a global corporate function.

Talent and management development

In the People area we are committed to a model that improves the experience of our more than 40,000 employees every day, both in terms of professional excellence and quality of life.

Procurement

In Procurement, we execute, in a corporate and centralised manner, the purchase of equipment and materials (except energy), as well as contracts for works and services, and insurance programmes.

Risk management

The main mission of the Risk Management area is to ensure the proper application of the company's Integrated Risk System and the specialised management and supervision of market, credit and financial risks.

Internal audit

In the Internal Audit area, as an internal and independent unit, we ensure the proper functioning of the Iberdrola Group's internal control and risk management systems.

Compliance

In Compliance, we are responsible for the implementation of a compliance system for a preventive culture of "zero tolerance" towards wrongdoing and fraud.

    You will receive an email or a call in case our people team confirms that you meet the requirements and that you have the profile we are looking for.

    You will have a preliminary interview with the People team to assess your application in terms of professional skills, motivation at Iberdrola and the position you are applying for.

  • 03Icono de una entrevista práctica

    You will have a second technical interview and a professional-managerial interview (depending on the level of the position) to confirm that you meet the technical requirements of the position and that you fit in with the culture of the team you will be joining.

    If you are selected as a finalist, you will receive an email or phone call from the manager or the local People team informing you of the news and conveying the offer of terms and conditions.
